Introduction

Since its establishment in 2015, we have been conducting research related to Oversea Korean Culture by organising academic seminars and forums. In particular, we are actively conducting an international academic exchange, such as the 2018 Korea-Australia International Academic Conference and the 2019 Kazakhstan National University International Academic Conference.

Relevant work

  • Institute of Overseas Korean Culture Research & Development evaluates research achievements on Overseas Korean culture and tries to improve the research. Also, to share the research results, we organise regular academic conferences twice a year and publish research papers.
  • In January 2022, a book about Korean-Chinese culture and related multicultural education will be published. We plan to work on a series of books based on the accumulated research about overseas Korean culture.
