The Research Institute of Global Prop-tech is an affiliated research institute of Kongju National University. Along with the Chungnam Industrial Belt, which includes Sejong City (Administrative Capital), Naepo New Town (where the Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Office is located), and Cheonan City (Metropolitan area), we are carrying out the 3rd Smart City Comprehensive Plan and the 1st Real Estate Service Industry Promotion Plan. Also, we are nurturing talented people who lead the industry through various tasks such as research support for ICT convergence in the real estate industry and various national projects.
