C. How to open an e-mail accoun t

  • 1) Enter http://kongju.ac.kr in the address bar of your web browser, and go to the KNU website.
  • 2) Press the [Sign up for an e-mail account] button
  • 3) Enter your personal information to register for an e-mail account (fields marked with a * are required fields)
  • 4) When you have finished entering your information, click the OK button.

D. How to use the wireless Internet service (Gongju Campus and Yesan Campus)

  • 1) Click the “Information System” button on the main menu of the university website.
  • 2) Click the [authentication for Nespot] button.
  • 3) Enter your student number and the last seven digits of your resident registration number in the new window (fields marked with an * are required fields)
  • 4) Download and install the wireless LAN connection program
  • 5) Click the ID Registration button, enter your personal information, and create an ID and password
  • ※ Wireless Internet service is available immediately after you have completed your application for an account (Refer to Gomnaru->Board->How to use the wireless Internet service)

E. How to use the wireless Internet service (Cheonan Campus)

  • 1) Visit the wireless LAN page of the university website, or search for KNU Wireless through the wireless
       LAN search to visit the wireless LAN page.
  • 2) Click the CM Download button, and download and install the CM that is compatible with your OS.
  • 3) Execute the CM program, enter your ID (student number) and password (the last seven digits of
       your resident registration number) and use the service.
